Danish Breakthrough Innovation Lands in Dhaka

We are thrilled to announce the beginning of an exciting new international partnership between TEGnology and Shin Shin Group of Bangladesh, made possible with the support of the Danish Trade Council’s Sustainability and Supply Chain Advisory Team and the DANIDA Innovation and Business Explorer (DIBE) program. 

The joint signing of a memorandum of understanding on Wednesday marks the launch of a pilot initiative to implement TEGnology’s innovative thermal energy harvesting solution in a Bangladeshi manufacturing facility. The project aims to convert waste heat into usable electricity, while also enhancing worker safety through an emergency power backup system. In the words of the Danish Embassy to Bangladesh, “this solution is not only innovative- it is timely, tangible, and essential”.
