Convert heat to power for sensors and IoT devices
Rethink Power Supply
SensEver Alfa C
How it works: A thermoelectric generator mounted between the pipe wall and ambient air converts the natural temperature differential (ΔT) directly into electricity.
No change of battery. No wiring. No external power source – just the process heat, already there.
01 Zero maintenance visits The sensor is powered for as long as the pipe is in service – no scheduled battery swaps, ever. | 02 No batteries to manage Eliminates sourcing, shipping, stocking, and disposing of batteries across your sensor fleet. |
03 Lower cost of ownership Removing recurring service calls cuts labor, logistics, and unplanned downtime at scale. | 04 Reaches hard-to-access points No physical access needed for upkeep – deploy on embedded, remote, or hazardous pipe runs safely. |
05 Self-powered, no external input Runs entirely on the pipe-to-air temperature difference – no mains power or charging infrastructure. | 06 Lower environmental footprint Fewer disposable batteries in the field supports plant sustainability and waste-reduction targets. |
