The EH-IOT project is a collaborative effort to qualify and commercialize TEGnology’s groundbreaking technology for self-powered sensor devices – integrating novel energy harvesting, energy storage and wireless signal transmission systems.
The patented technology developed by the leading partner, TEGnology, fits curved and difficult to reach machine surfaces, uses no rare or critical raw materials, has a long lifetime, and offers exceptional cost-efficiency – all while eliminating the reliance on external energy providers like cables or batteries.
Four international partners are implementing this technology to novel sensor products addressing the target problem—monitoring and improving the energy efficiency of solar panels (Portugal), heat exchangers (Sweden) and domestic solar heater systems (Israel).
